Day 1 : Marrakech – Telouet – Ouarzazate – Agdez.
Morning departure towards High Atlas Tizi-N-tichka Pass which stands at 2260m, via Kasbah of Glaoui in Telouet and crossing the old caravan route in Ounila Valley before arriving at Ait Benhaddou, an ancient fortified Kasbah under UNESCO World Heritage protection. We continue the road passing by the Anti-Atlas mountains and the Berber villages of Agdez on the edge of Draa Valley with its millions of palm trees, which is considered the largest one in Morocco. Dinner and night in a Hotel in Agdez.
Day 2 : Agdez – Draa Valley – Nkob – Tazarine – Alnif – M’harech gorges.
After breakfast we drive through the Draa valley until we reach Tansikht, on the way to Alnif, where we’ll have lunch. We will pass the fabulous palm grove of Nkob with its amazing kasbahs. Afternoon we will drive to the deep south of Morocco towards M’harech canyons, where we will have dinner and night there..
Day 3: M’harech – Ramlia – Ouzina – Taouz – Khamlia – Merzouga.
After breakfast, embark on a journey through the sandy region of the Oued Ghris, passing the desert villages of Ramlia and Ouzina, with lunch included on the way. Continue to Taouz to explore beautiful petroglyphs and visit the unique Gnawa village of Khamlia. Finally, reach Merzouga, where you will spend the night in the middle of the dunes. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in a bivouac with breakfast included.
Day 4 : Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Tinjdad – Todra Gorges – Boumalne – Dades Valley.
Wake up early to witness the magical sunrise over the dunes before returning on a camel trek to your vehicle. After breakfast in the bivouac, depart towards the Tafilalet palm groves, passing through Rissani (the ancient capital of the Alaouite sultans) and Erfoud. Continue west to Todra Gorges, known for its impressive canyons. Lunch will be in Tinghir, and then continue to Boumalne Dades, passing Tinjdad with its palm groves, en route to Dades Valley. Enjoy dinner and spend the night in a hotel.
Day 5 : Dades Valley – Kalaat Mgouna – Skoura Palm groves – Col of Tizi-n-Tichka – Marrakech.
After breakfast, leave Dades Valley and pass through Draa Valley with its oasis via Kalaat Mgouna and Skoura Palm groves. Cross the Anti Atlas Mountains, standing at 1660m high. In the afternoon, drive to Marrakech, passing through the High Atlas and Tizi-N-Tichka Pass. Spend the night in your hotel or head directly to the airport, depending on your flight times.
